This week the aim is to get to know what Graphic Design is, where we go into the fundamentals of graphic design, as well as the Gestalt principles. This module also includes four tasks, a module assignment, and a course assignment. I save the four tasks for the end, as this is voluntary work, but very wise to carry out. The module assignment consists of creating a visual interpretation of the number 7 where I use at least three of the Gestalt principles divided into three different interpretations.
Down below are my three interpretations of the number 7. Under every picture, I have written witch of gestalt principles I have used in my interpretations.
the objects put together to cause the eye to
fill in the gaps, witch makes one see the
number 7.
We can also se proximity because the
different objects are placed to make it look
like the number 7.
because the objects are placed close to
each other to make them seem like one entity.
The grouping of objects that almost look the
alike makes one see the law of similarity.
pattern close together, so they seem like one
entity.
We can also se the law of closure since a bit of
the number is missing.
